This hybrid role combines safely transporting inventory across the property, operating forklift and warehouse equipment, and supporting shipping/receiving activities.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Yard Driver / Warehouse Forklift Operator, you'll support both transportation and warehouse operations by:\nTransporting coffee and tea products between Red Diamond facilities on the property throughout the day\nOperating a stand-up forklift to move and store products\nLoading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently\nUsing handheld and onboard scanners to process inventory transactions\nFollowing company policies and safety procedures\nSupporting warehouse operations as needed to ensure efficient product flow\nWhat We're Looking For:\nValid Class A CDL is required\nA good driving record\nAt least 2 years of experience driving in the yard\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nWarehouse and forklift experience strongly preferred\nStable work history and strong attendance record\nCommitment to safety, quality, and accuracy\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nDependability matters -
