with business and planning stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge reporting requirements.\n\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications, data models and reporting solutions.\n\nDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.\n\nWork with data from Databricks and multiple source systems to deliver reliable and consistent reporting.\n\nSupport the development of business-oriented data models and a dedicated analytics layer.\n\nImplement KPI calculations, time intelligence and planning-related reporting logic.\n\nEnsure reports are intuitive, user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.\n\nWork closely with data engineers, technical teams and business users to ensure data quality and accuracy.\n\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nRequirements:\nProven hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modelling and DAX.\n\nGood SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.\n\nExperience delivering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nNice to Have:\nPrevious experience in FMCG environments.\n\nKnowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.\n\nExperience with finance- or tax-related reporting requirements.\n\nTech stack\nPower
