The role focuses on developing, maintaining, supporting, configuring, and improving Veeva applications to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nResponsibilities\nImprove applications to enrich the customer experience and create a “WOW” effect\nDevelop, maintain, support, and document Veeva applications\nConfigure and customize Veeva applications to meet client requirements\nParticipate throughout the full development process and contribute technical input\nPrototype applications so clients can explore new functionality\nProvide technical recommendations\nApply best practices and ensure high-quality outcomes\nKeep up to date with current CRM tools available through the CRM Developer Portal\nCollaborate with cross-functional developer teams and deliver to agreed targets\nWork within an Agile development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring\nUndertake other duties and projects as assigned\n\nSkills\nVery good written and spoken English\n5+ years of experience in Pharma CRM and a minimum of 1–2 years on the Veeva platform\nVery good understanding of the healthcare domain\nVery good understanding of Veeva applications and modules, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, Approved Email, and CLM\nVery good understanding of Veeva reports, dashboards, and workflows\nVery good understanding of Veeva release management, including Change Sets and the ANT Migration Tool\nProficiency in Veeva activities such as creating Cycle Plans, Surveys, Data Change Requests, Roster Management, and Coaching Reports\nExperience writing and scheduling batch Apex jobs\nDevelopment experience with class frameworks and libraries\nDeep understanding of Force.com, Visualforce, Salesforce (SFDC), Apex, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, Eclipse, Java, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques\nWeb programming experience using Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nKnowledge of web standards and technologies, including JavaScript, HTTP protocols, AJAX, Flash, XML, and JSON\nVery good understanding of relational database concepts\nVery good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and approaches for working within them\n\nBenefits\nRemote USA (working PST hours)\n\nCompany Overview\n25 years of tech recruitment!
