Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business and hold anActive Top Secret Clearance.\nWhat you will do:\nGuide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions and adaptable to technological improvements using Red Hat technologies.\n\nLead and deliver Services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.\n\nSupport the creation and review of task lists, accurately scoping projects and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.\n\nProvide technical expertise during presales activities.\n\nBuild and maintain solid customer relationships, fostering collaboration and success.\n\nClearly articulate the value of the Red Hat Services Portfolio, including Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Managers and integrate services into customer solutions.\n\nProvide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.\n\nLead internal initiatives that foster innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Services business.\n\nContinuously learn, grow, and adapt to new skills and technologies\n\nRegular travel to client locations, up to weekly according to project needs\n\nWhat you will bring:\n5+ years experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect or technical consultant role\n\nTrack record for creating architectural designs and leading a team on implementation toward successful customer outcomes\n\nDemonstrated ability to oversee project delivery including collaborating on project timelines and scope of work, identifying stakeholder needs and setting expectations\n\nExperience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders\n\nAn ability and desire to mentor and experience with mentoring and coaching team members\n\nExperience leading teams in workshops, enablement, or engagements\n\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline\n\nExperience leading successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements\n\nExperience with Red Hat Openshift and/or underlying components like Kubernetes and containers\n\nExperience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a derivative\n\nExperience with Identity Management technologies, including but not limited to Red Hat Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory or other identity providers.\n\nThe salary range for this position is $130,420.00 - $215,300.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay Transparency\nRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
