Deliver Scoping / Discover / Navigate activities and support requests for Pre-sales activities.\nContribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and lower delivery risks\nServe as a subject matter expert and present creative ideas in the community by producing exceptional whitepapers and webinars and by speaking at high-profile industry conferences\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent grade in the IT industry.\nPrior experience working in a consulting role; ability to deliver in one-on-one assignments\nPrior delivery and architecture experience (infrastructure background), ideally with focus on private and public cloud infrastructure and platform as a service.\nBroad and deep technical background in Red Hat OpenShift, Day2Ops, as well as in Hybrid Cloud Providers. Desirable strong technical background in Software-Defined-Storage solutions (like Red Hat Storage) and experience implementing virtualization technologies (traditional and k8s-based) in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments.\nDeep understanding on DevOps adoption (People, Process & Technology) and CI/CD industry standards.\nGood understanding of enterprise AI/ML architectures and workloads, including exposure to Red Hat OpenShift AI, RHEL AI, hardware acceleration (GPU integration) and model serving frameworks\nDesirable knowledge in RHEL and Config.
