The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn and execute sales operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.\nAnalyze sales data and reporting to identify trends, data gaps, and actionable insights.\nInvestigate data integrity issues, identify root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions.\nCollaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.\nSupport CRM data management, governance, and compliance across the sales organization.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve sales processes and operational efficiency.\nSupport system enhancements, data migrations, and other sales operations initiatives.\nLeverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered.\n2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Operations, or a related analytical role.\nExperience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including opportunity management and reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.\nUnderstanding of the IT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market.\nProficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.\nExperience with data imports/exports, APIs, or CRM data management tools.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive them through to completion.\nAbout Red Hat\nRed Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterpriseopen source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
