In this role, you will perform sales operations activities to support the Red Hat Executive team.\nYou'll conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance, as well as support mission-critical initiatives. We'll need you to be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLeverage RHSC dashboards and reporting to maximize actionable and informative data.\nAudit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues.\nPerform mass data imports and exports using APIs or various import tools.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, ensuring priorities are enabled within the Sales team.\nMonitor sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) data.\nIdentify opportunities for sales process improvement.\nComplete all deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics, business context reviews, and revisions as required.\nLeverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency within existing support processes.\nDevelop an understanding of Red Hat's workflows and a deep understanding of our policies.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered.\nInternship or similar industry experience in opportunity management within any CRM.\nAbility to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner.\nGood analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining close attention to detail.\nUnderstanding of the IT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market.\nProficiency with spreadsheets.\nExcellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering results.\nExperience working with Salesforce.\nAbout Red Hat\nRed Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterpriseopen source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
