This is an opportunity to join our team and learn about Brand Protection and how to prevent online fraud.\nWe are ideally looking for recent graduates or current master's students who are passionate about Online Brand Protection, Fraud Prevention, Technological Operations, and SaaS. Our interns collaborate with the Customer Operations team to make sure all infringements are taken down by our innovative technology.\nTHE ROLE:\nProvide support to the analyst team in:\n- Management of incidents related to intellectual property infringements.\n- Contact different domain names or platforms, requesting the elimination of this content due to non-compliance with European legislation on intellectual or industrial property rights.\n- Report problems with internal work tools.\n- Provide information on the status of the compliance process for each client.\n- Create and keep work guides updated.\nThis is a paid internship position.
