Set up and connect peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions. Receive and address service requests from individual end users or from the help desk while meeting service level agreement (SLA) requirements. Hardware asset management. Maintain inventory of all Windows OS computers and terminals and related parts and components. Keep service tickets up to date with progress and notes detailing the repairs and services performed.\nExperience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles documented issues and problems, and refers undocumented, complex issues to higher-level staff. Typically requires an Associate's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience.\nCompetencies: Computer skills. Oral and written communication skills.
