Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, revenue recognition, and effective collections to optimize cash flow. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, implement automation initiatives, and maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.\nJob Responsibilities:\nJob Requirements: AR & Billing OperationsLead end-to-end billing processes:\nFinalize end-user agreements.\nCollaborate with operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of consumption data.\nGenerate and submit final bills to clients.\nReconcile payments and close invoices in SAP ERP.\nManage Collections & Credit Risk\nMonitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.\nNegotiate payment arrangements with overdue customers.\nEscalate unresolved cases promptly.• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement optimal credit policies\nEnsure Compliance & Controls\nMaintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks specific to utilities.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nImplement policies and procedures to safeguard receivables.\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare and present AR KPIs.\nProvide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making.\nProcess Improvement & Technology Optimization\nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.\nDrive automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.\nOptimize systems for billing and collections processes Qualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)8+ years in AR, billing, credit or collections;
