Join the World’s Most Visionary Developer\nJob Purpose:\nTo provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of landscape maintenance operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and efficient landscape services across assigned projects and destinations.\nThe role is responsible for operational planning, manpower and resource optimization, budget and cost control, landscape quality, plant health, irrigation performance, HSE compliance, client satisfaction, and contractor management, while leading Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives and required service standards.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide overall leadership and direction for landscape maintenance operations across assigned projects and destinations.\nDevelop and implement annual landscape maintenance plans, operational strategies, work programs, and resource requirements.\nLead and manage Landscape Managers, Supervisors, technical teams, and field workforce, ensuring clear accountability and effective performance.\nOversee all softscape, horticultural, irrigation, plant health, and landscape maintenance activities to ensure required quality and presentation standards are consistently achieved.\nManage manpower planning, deployment, productivity, and resource utilization according to operational and business requirements.\nConduct regular operational and site performance reviews and ensure timely closure of quality observations and corrective actions.\nOversee irrigation performance, water efficiency, fertilization programs, pest and disease control, pruning, planting, and seasonal landscape activities.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs related to landscape quality, productivity, plant health, work completion, manpower utilization, costs, and service performance.\nManage operational budgets, forecasts, cost control, and expenditure while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.\nOversee requirements related to purchase requisitions, POs, invoices, materials, equipment, machinery, and operational services in coordination with Procurement and Finance.\nManage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure performance meets contractual, quality, safety, and operational requirements.\nEnsure availability and effective utilization of plants, landscape materials, fertilizers, chemicals, machinery, vehicles, tools, and equipment.\nMaintain strong coordination with clients, project teams, Nursery, Irrigation, HSE, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Facilities, and other stakeholders.\nLead the resolution of operational issues, client observations, service deficiencies, and complaints, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure full compliance with HSE, environmental, quality, company policies, and approved operational procedures.\nLead the mobilization and operational readiness of new landscape maintenance projects, including manpower, equipment, materials, logistics, and support requirements.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, productivity, sustainability, water efficiency, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.\nReview operational reports and performance dashboards and provide management with regular updates, risks, recommendations, and improvement plans.\nDevelop Managers and Supervisors through coaching, performance management, technical guidance, and succession planning.\nEnsure landscape maintenance operations consistently meet business objectives, client expectations, contractual requirements, and service standards.\nReview proposals, scopes of work, BOQs and commercial submissions and support procurement and contract negotiations.\nMonitor expenditure, identify cost optimization opportunities and ensure resources are utilized efficiently without compromising service quality.\nStakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement\nAct as the senior landscape focal point for internal departments, clients, operators, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.\nDrive continuous improvement, innovation and adoption of best practices, technology and sustainable landscape solutions.\nJob Requirements:\nQualification and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management, Plant Production, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in landscape maintenance or horticultural operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
