Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern web development, WordPress, front-end technologies, website speed optimization, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and managing client websites while ensuring excellent performance, responsiveness, and usability.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and professional websites.
• Design and develop websites using WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom themes/plugins.
• Convert designs from Figma, PSD, or other design formats into functional websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Work with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, UIkit, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Develop and modify custom website features when required.
• Identify and fix website bugs, layout issues, plugin conflicts, and technical errors.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Improve website loading speed and overall performance.
• Optimize websites based on Google Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement basic technical SEO requirements, including proper URL structure, meta implementation, schema, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, and indexing-related fixes.
• Manage website hosting, domain, DNS, SSL, cPanel, database, and website migration when necessary.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cloudflare and website caching systems.
• Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall technical health.
• Integrate third-party APIs, forms, tracking tools, payment gateways, and other required services.
• Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and project managers.
• Handle multiple website projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s Degree in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical experience and a professional portfolio will also be considered.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Age 24 to 28 years

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Experience working in a web company or managing multiple client websites will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, UIkit, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with WooCommerce customization.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web development.
• Experience with website speed and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with google search console, google analytics, page speed insights, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP, and website migration.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDN, caching, and security configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with custom WordPress theme or Plugins development will be highly valued.
