Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and professional websites.\nDesign and develop websites using WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom themes/plugins.\nConvert designs from Figma, PSD, or other design formats into functional websites.\nCustomize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.\nWork with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, UIkit, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.\nDevelop and modify custom website features when required.\nIdentify and fix website bugs, layout issues, plugin conflicts, and technical errors.\nEnsure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\nImprove website loading speed and overall performance.\nOptimize websites based on Google Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals.\nImplement basic technical SEO requirements, including proper URL structure, meta implementation, schema, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, and indexing-related fixes.\nManage website hosting, domain, DNS, SSL, cPanel, database, and website migration when necessary.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Cloudflare and website caching systems.\nMaintain website security, backups, updates, and overall technical health.\nIntegrate third-party APIs, forms, tracking tools, payment gateways, and other required services.\nWork closely with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and project managers.\nHandle multiple website projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.\n\nEducationBachelor/Honors\nBachelor’s Degree in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.\nCandidates with strong practical experience and a professional portfolio will also be considered.\n\nExperience2 to 3 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge 24 to 28 years\n Experience Requirements\n2–3 years of professional experience in web development.\nExperience working in a web company or managing multiple client websites will be an advantage.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.\nGood knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, UIkit, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.\nExperience with WooCommerce customization.\nUnderstanding of responsive and mobile-first web development.\nExperience with website speed and performance optimization.\nFamiliarity with google search console, google analytics, page speed insights, and technical SEO.\nKnowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP, and website migration.\nFamiliarity with Cloudflare, CDN, caching, and security configurations.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independently.\nBasic understanding of UI/UX principles.\nKnowledge of Git/GitHub will be considered an advantage.\nExperience with custom WordPress theme or Plugins development will be highly valued.\nAdditional Requirements\nStrong problem-solving and debugging
