You will also receive ongoing learning and development opportunities over the first year of career with the goal of leveling up in two years with strong performance.\nThe Launch Program is NOT a rotational program or training role that could end in a job offer - it’s a true full-time role that gives you the Red Ventures 101 before turning you loose to dive in and make a measurable impact on your team!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nJoin a team within Red Ventures - you’ll be placed into one of our functional groups such as building products, driving customer acquisition strategies or operating a P&L where you'll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to how each function drives impact across the business.(Note: functional placements depend on business need and candidate skill alignment and are assigned post-hire). \n\nAs an Analyst, you'll combine strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, product judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear, measurable projects with end-to-end execution - narrowing it into a testable hypothesis, defining how success will be measured, and driving it from idea to recommendation.\nTranslate complex business problems into clear, measurable projects.
