Our teams focus on delivering innovative solutions and services that power our customers' most demanding applications and enable them to extract powerful insights from data that drive true business value. \nKey Responsibilities: \nSolution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions. \n\nTechnical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical recommendations to address specific cybersecurity challenges. \n\nProof of Value (PoVs): Design and execute proof of value to validate the effectiveness of partner ISV and cyber technology in customer environments. \n\nCustomized Presentations: Develop and deliver customized presentations and technical proposals that align with customer needs and objectives. \n\nRequirements Gathering: Work closely with customers to gather and document technical requirements for cybersecurity solutions. \n\nProduct Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our cybersecurity products and effectively communicate these to potential clients. \n\nCompetitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor offerings and conduct competitive analysis to highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions. \n\nCollaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions. \n\nCustomer Training: Provide training sessions to customers on the technical aspects of our cybersecurity solutions. \n\nTechnical Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides. \n\nQualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. \n\n5 years proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity ecosystem \n\nStrong technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, cloud security, observability, automation, vulnerability management, identity management, and threat detection. \n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. \n\nExperience with conducting technical training sessions and workshops. \n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment. \n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \n\nRelevant industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus but not required. \n\nPartner ISV, and OEM certification, EG, Palo Alto, etc. are also desirable but not required. \n\nExperience working with enterprise clients and/or as an engineer/architect in those environments is highly desirable. \n\nEqual Employment Opportunity: \nRedapt is an equal opportunity employer.
