You will own the delivery of high-visibility engagements that span multiple business units, serving as a trusted advisor to client executives from kickoff through value realization. You'll get the variety of a consulting career, working across clients on cutting-edge cloud and data infrastructure, with the agility of a firm where your impact is visible. \nResponsibilities: \nFull engagement life cycle ownership: lead delivery from scoping through deployment and close-out for one major or several smaller engagements simultaneously \nExecutive stakeholder management including: serving as the primary point of contact for client executives, managing expectations for deliverables, leading steering committee and status meetings, and supporting customer relationship growth \nProject planning and management including; backlog prioritization, sprint schedule management and risk management \nProject reporting including: providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership, and reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities \nBudget and change management including: tracking budget and forecasts against plan, and partnering with account leadership on change orders and SOW updates \nTeam management including; managing development team work items and assignments, and holding team members accountable for commitments, motivating and supervising project and program team \nDeepening client relationships by surfacing follow-on opportunities and supporting account leadership on pre-sales conversations and proposals \nWorking creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence \nParticipating in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities for the organization \nMonitoring, tracking and controlling outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables \nSkills you bring with you: \nStrong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations, including C-suite and VP-level client executives \nProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence \nBuild and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives \nExperience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance \nProven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs \nInterpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment \nExecutive presence and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineering teams to the boardroom \nStrong organization skills and an ability to manage competing demands \nListening and analytical skills to objectively evaluate and escalate complex project risks and issues \nQualifications: \n5+ years of technical project or engagement management. Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall \nProven track record leading and delivering complex technology, multi-workstream programs for leading consulting firms or , on time and on budget \nExperience with cloud technologies, including AWS (or related) is required \nFamiliarity with collaborative tools, including Jira, ADO, or Smartsheet \n5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment \n3+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation \n5+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle \nExperience or background in Cloud Infrastructure, Migrations, & Security preferred \n Equal Employment Opportunity: \nRedapt is an equal opportunity employer.
