experience in effectively communicating key data; ability to work with all levels of management and across various functions; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills\n- Big 4 public accounting experience preferred\n- Experience with ASC 606 (revenue recognition) and ASC 842 (lease accounting)\n- Experience overseeing treasury functions including cash management, bank relationships, and investment strategies\n- Technically strong knowledge of US GAAP\n- Experience overseeing financial, tax, workers’ compensation, and pension-related audits across US and foreign entities\n- Ability to identify and execute operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to improve resource optimization\n- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
