This is a highly visible role with strong cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to shape how AP operates at scale.\n About your Tasks:\nLead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment \nOwn end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability \nDrive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools) \nCollaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments \nLead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function.\n About you:\n6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups \nStrong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability \nHands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations \nExperience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset \nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment; German is a plus \n About your Benefits:\nTo best support you with your individual needs-whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills-we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits:\nTravel Allowance: Not all employees live close to our office.
