You will lead key supplier negotiations, optimize purchasing terms and conditions, and build long-term strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers and suppliers in the industry.\n About your tasks:\nDevelop and successfully implement strategic procurement strategies.\nLead annual supplier negotiations and negotiate purchasing terms and conditions with manufacturers, focusing on key KPIs such as purchasing discounts, bonuses, and payment terms.\nAnalyze and optimize key performance indicators, including margins, revenue development, supplier delivery performance, and sales dynamics.\nIdentify opportunities to drive growth and improve margins across the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.\nCollaborate closely with Retail Media, Category Management, and Demand & Supply teams to develop and implement joint initiatives.\nMonitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.\nBuild and maintain strong, sustainable, and long-term partnerships with manufacturers.\n About Your Profile:\nA completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or a comparable commercial qualification.\nSeveral years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally within OTC, non-prescription healthcare, or FMCG (Health & Beauty) sectors.\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills, with proven experience in negotiating prices and commercial terms with manufacturers.\nExcellent analytical skills and confidence in working with KPIs and reports, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n About Your Benefits:\nTo provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it's maintaining a healthy lifestyle, spending quality time with your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits:\nSports: Your well-being is our top priority.
