To support this ambition, we are looking for a technically strong Data Analyst - Procurement who enjoys turning complex data into reliable, scalable and actionable analytics solutions.\nIn this role, you will take ownership of the technical foundation behind our Procurement reporting and performance analytics. You will work with large datasets, develop automated data pipelines and reporting solutions, and ensure that our Procurement teams have access to accurate, consistent and meaningful information.\nWorking closely with Strategic Procurement, Data/BI and Finance, you will help us move away from manual reporting towards a scalable, automated and data-driven Procurement environment.\n About Your Tasks:\nData Analytics & Engineering: Extract, transform and analyze large datasets from different systems and sources using SQL, dbt and other relevant technologies.\n\nBI & Dashboard Development: Design, build and continuously improve interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor Procurement performance across our European markets.\n\nData Modeling & Automation: Develop scalable data models, automate recurring reporting processes and reduce manual, Excel-based workflows.\n\nData Quality & Governance: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, improve data quality and establish reliable, standardized KPI definitions and reporting structures.\n\nProcurement Performance Reporting: Build analytical solutions covering key Procurement KPIs such as supplier bonuses, purchasing conditions, payment terms, purchasing volumes, direct supply share and supplier profitability.\n\nAdvanced Analytics: Develop analytical solutions to monitor supplier performance, identify deviations and support bonus forecasting, profitability analyses and commercial decision-making.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Strategic Procurement, Data/BI and Finance/Controlling to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our data infrastructure, reporting capabilities and analytical processes, leveraging modern technologies and automation.\n\n About You:\nA degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field.\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, including data modeling, data transformation and dashboard development.\nExperience with dbt or comparable data transformation frameworks; knowledge of Databricks or similar modern data platforms is a plus.\nSolid understanding of data structures, ETL/ELT processes, data quality and reporting architecture.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with complex datasets.\nExperience in developing automated and scalable reporting solutions, ideally in a commercial, retail, e-commerce or Procurement environment.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.\nA proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style, combined with curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.\nVery good English communication skills; German is an advantage.\n About your Benefits:\nIn order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits:\nWork from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU. \nRedcare events: We promote teambuilding through creative team events, and celebrate our successes together at regularly scheduled parties. \n Kindergarten Grant: We offer our employees who pay for childcare in kindergarten 100,00 € (total) per month. \nMental health: Get quick professional help from psychologists from nilo if you feel overwhelmed in your personal or professional life.
