Working as part of a cross-functional product team, you will design and build scalable mobile experiences that seamlessly integrate sponsored products, personalized recommendations, native advertising, and campaign-driven customer journeys while maintaining a best in class shopping experience.. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Retail Media stakeholders to deliver performant, scalable, and customer-centric mobile solutions used by millions of customers across Europe.\nAbout the Tech Stack: Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack (ViewModel, Navigation, DataStore), Coroutines & Flow, Hilt (Dagger), Retrofit/OkHttp, Ktor, Koin. Any cross platform is add-on\n About your tasks:\nLead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.\nDefine and evolve the Android application architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, testability, and long-term maintainability.\nDrive the adoption and effective use of Jetpack Compose to build modern, declarative, reusable, and responsive user interfaces.\nDesign and build reusable mobile components for Retail Media and advertising experiences, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, native placements, display banners, and personalized product recommendations.\nIntegrate Retail Media placements naturally into product discovery, search, category, product detail, and other commerce journeys, balancing monetization objectives with a high-quality customer experience.\nCollaborate with backend, data, product, and ad server teams on APIs, tracking contracts, campaign metadata, targeting, attribution, and measurement requirements.\nBuild flexible and configurable solutions that enable new ad formats, placements, campaigns, and monetization use cases to be introduced efficiently.\nEnsure best practices in modularization, code quality, testing, and performance optimization, define and evolve the app’s architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability\nBuild reusable mobile components for Retail Media experiences, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, product recommendations, banners.\nEnsure engineering best practices across modularization, code quality, dependency management, observability, testing, security, and performance optimization.\nImprove CI/CD reliability, build performance, andrelease processes. \nMaintain clear and comprehensive documentation for architecture decisions, features, and technical processes\nReview and guide critical technical and architectural decisions, contributing to engineering standards and best practices across teams.\nImprove app stability, performance, and overall technical health. \nReduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams throughplatform improvements. \nImplement and evolve feature flags, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing to validate new customer and advertising experiences through measurable outcomes.\n About you:\nExtensive experience in Android development with strong expertise in Kotlin.\nDeep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development practices.\nHands-on experience with: Jetpack ComposeCoroutines & Flow\n Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)\n REST APIs (Retrofit/OkHttp)\n\nStrong knowledge of clean architecture principles, design patterns, and modularization\nExperience with testing (JUnit, Espresso, MockK) and writing maintainable, testable code\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows\nProven ability to take ownership of complex projects and deliver high-quality results independently\nStrong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience\nYou collaborate effectively across teams and bring strong debugging and performance optimization skills. \nExperience working in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech large-scale e-commerce platforms.\n About your benefits:\nIn order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits:\n Sports: Stay healthy.
