Working as part of a cross-functional product team, you will design and build scalable mobile experiences that seamlessly integrate sponsored products, personalized recommendations, native advertising, and campaign-driven customer journeys while maintaining a best in class shopping experience.. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on how our iOS ecosystem evolves as we scale. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Retail Media stakeholders to deliver performant, scalable, and customer-centric mobile solutions used by millions of customers across Europe.\nAbout the tech stack: Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, Swift Testing, Xcode Cloud, Swift packages, SPM, Async/Await, Dependency Injection, latest iOS SDK.\n About your tasks:\nDrive modularization and continuously evolve a scalable iOS architecture. \nDefine, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines. \nBuild reusable mobile components for Retail Media experiences, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, product recommendations, banners.\nImprove CI/CD reliability, build performance, andrelease processes. \nStrengthen testing strategy and establish strong quality foundations across teams. \nImprove app stability, performance, and overall technical health. \nReview and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams. \nReduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams throughplatform improvements. \nImplement feature flags, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate new customer experiences.\n About you:\nYou have strong expertise in Swift and experience working on large-scale production apps. \nExperience building cross platform application in KMP and Android experience is additional add-on.\nYou bring deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures. \nYou have hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns. \nYou understand modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS. \nYou have solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage. \nYou have worked with CI/CD pipelines and understand release processes. \nYou collaborate effectively across teams and bring strong debugging and performance optimization skills. \nExperience working in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech large-scale e-commerce platforms.\n About your benefits:\nIn order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits:\nSports: Stay healthy.
