About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical operations at Europe's largest online pharmacy by designing scalable product solutions that redefine how our business works. Working at the intersection of product, operations, engineering, and AI, you will have the opportunity to transform complex regulatory and operational challenges into intelligent, future-ready systems while driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies that create measurable business impact.

About your tasks:

• Shape the future of pharmaceutical processes by designing scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.
• Transform complex business and regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
• Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation.
• Unlock the potential of AI and intelligent automation by identifying opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies.
• Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and other emerging technologies to scale high-impact solutions.

About you:

• You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager (or in a comparable product leadership role), with a proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured approach, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
• You are passionate about AI, automation, and intelligent workflow systems, with hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve real business challenges and accelerate product innovation.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of German, and you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, travelling regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries and familiarity with the European healthcare market are a strong advantage.
