Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.\n About your tasks:\nLead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment \nOwn daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting \nEnsure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment \nStrengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency \nDrive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT \n About you:\n7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment\nFirst leadership experience with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset\nSolid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting \nExperience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams \nA pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build \nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nGerman language skills are a plus\nThis role can be based in either our Cologne or Sevenum office.
