You will gain hands-on experience across different indirect procurement categories and work closely with experienced procurement colleagues, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.\nIn this role, you will support different stages of the procurement process - from market and supplier research to preparing sourcing activities, analyzing data, and maintaining procurement documentation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and help us identify opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working.\nThis is a great opportunity to gain practical procurement experience alongside your studies and develop your analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills in an international and dynamic environment.\n About your tasks:\nSupport the Procurement team in day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities across different indirect spend categories.\nConduct market and supplier research and help identify potential suppliers for upcoming sourcing activities.\nSupport the preparation and evaluation of supplier offers, tenders, and commercial comparisons.\nAnalyze procurement data and help identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.\nAssist with supplier communication, documentation, contract administration, and maintaining accurate procurement data.\nContribute to procurement projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments.\nHelp improve and standardize procurement processes, tools, and documentation.\n About you:\nYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.\nYou are interested in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial topics and are eager to gain practical experience alongside your studies.\nYou enjoy working with data and have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.\nYou have a structured and reliable way of working and pay attention to detail.\nYou are proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks.\nYou enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating in an international environment.\nYou communicate confidently in English; German or Dutch language skills are a plus.\n About your Benefits:\nTo best support you with your individual needs-whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills-we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits:\nTravel Allowance: Not all employees live close to our office.
