About the role:
Join our Marketplace Team and gain hands-on professional experience in a fast-growing and future-oriented e-commerce company. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership from the start, learn how a successful online marketplace operates and contribute directly to improving the performance and visibility of our sellers and their products.
About your tasks:
- Take ownership of the product approval process for new products and help ensure they meet our marketplace requirements before going live.
- Work closely with the team to optimize seller performance, using KPIs to understand results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help increase the visibility of our sellers’ products in our online store and learn how assortment and marketplace activities influence e-commerce performance.
- Support the Marketplace Team in its varied day-to-day business, giving you exposure to different topics and the opportunity to continuously expand your e-commerce knowledge.
About you:
You are currently enrolled at university and will remain a student for at least one more year, with availability to work 16-20 hours per week.
You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and digital environments and enjoy working accurately while keeping track of multiple topics.
You feel comfortable working with Excel and KPIs and are keen to use data to understand and improve marketplace performance.
You are fluent in German and English and enjoy collaborating and communicating with different people.
About your salary-rate:
Your hourly rate will be €14.80-€16.62, depending on your current level of study.
