Red Clay partners with clients to modernize their Oracle Utilities environments and derive actionable insight from their data.\nThe Integration Lead operates at the level and knowledge depth of a seasoned consultant or managing consultant. This role holds design authority over integration and reporting solutions spanning the full Oracle Meter to Cash ecosystem, Meter Data Management (MDM), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Oracle Data Management (ODM), and Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) and is accountable for the technical integrity, performance, and future-state alignment of those solutions. The Integration Lead sets technical direction, guides and reviews the work of developers and analysts, and serves as the senior integration and reporting authority to both the RCC delivery team and the client. Projects are typically time-sensitive and business-critical; a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and commitment to quality are essential.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nServe as the senior integration and reporting authority on client engagements, owning end-to-end solution design across Oracle Utilities MDM, CC&B, ODM, and OUA.\n\nArchitect and govern data integration solutions utilizing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), establishing patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks for the delivery team.\n\nDesign and lead the implementation of enterprise reporting solutions utilizing Oracle tools including OUA, OBIEE, and OBIU, ensuring solutions meet client needs and scale.\n\nPartner with the Technical Architect and client stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into a coherent, defensible solution architecture.\n\nProvide command of Oracle's entire Meter to Cash solution and how each component operates within the overall architecture, and use that depth to guide cross-component design decisions.\n\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of complex data synchronization and integration issues, directing the team toward durable fixes.\n\nOwn alignment to Oracle's current and future reporting landscape and roadmap for Utilities products, specifically MDM and CC&B, and steer solutions toward the future state.\n\nProvide technical leadership, design review, and mentorship to developers and junior team members, raising the capability of the practice.\n\nEstablish and enforce quality, performance, and delivery standards across integration and reporting workstreams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nThis role requires Solution Architect-level depth, typically demonstrated through 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data integration and reporting, including:\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced SQL and XML technologies, with the ability to design and optimize at scale.\n\nDemonstrated solution-design and architecture experience across complex, multi-component environments.\n\nProduct Knowledge\nOracle Data Integrator 11g/12c, at a design and governance level.\n\nOracle BI Publisher.\n\nETL data processing and integration patterns.\n\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nEnterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions (OBIEE, Cognos, or comparable), including architecture and delivery.\n\nDepth across Oracle, Cognos, or Microsoft analytics products, SQL, and Business Intelligence.\n\nLeadership\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical teams, own solution design, and serve as the senior technical point of contact for clients.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nJava and PL/SQL.\n\nDeep experience with enterprise data integration products and processes.\n\nExperience with enterprise data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, Astera).\n\nHands-on architecture experience with Oracle Utilities products, particularly Meter Data Management (MDM) and Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).\n\nSuccess Competencies\nThe following competencies define success in the Oracle Utilities Integration Lead role at Solution Architect level:\nSolution Architecture & Design Authority - Owns integration and reporting solution design across the Meter to Cash ecosystem, making sound architectural decisions that balance client needs, performance, and Oracle's future-state roadmap.\n\nTechnical Depth & Mastery - Commands SQL, XML, ODI, and the Oracle BI/analytics stack at a level that sets standards and resolves the hardest problems on the engagement.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Mentorship - Directs, reviews, and elevates the work of developers and analysts, and grows the technical capability of the practice.\n\nComplex Problem Solving - Leads root cause analysis on integration and data synchronization issues, driving durable solutions rather than symptomatic fixes.\n\nClient Trust & Advisory Presence - Serves as the senior integration and reporting authority to clients, earning trust through credibility, clarity, and delivery.\n\nCommunication - Translates highly technical architecture and trade-offs into clear business terms for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.\n\nOwnership & Sense of Urgency - Takes end-to-end accountability for solution quality and delivery on time-sensitive, business-critical projects.\n\nAdaptability & Multitasking - Manages design authority across multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting demands without sacrificing quality.\n\nForward-Looking Orientation - Anticipates Oracle's evolving Utilities reporting landscape and positions solutions to fit the future state.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis is a remote-based position requiring up to 80% travel to client sites.
