This role is expected to operate with significant autonomy, mentor less experienced PMs, guide clients at all levels, and contribute meaningfully to sales pursuits, financial management, and the internal PMO strategy. The Program Manager is a key executor of company vision and is accountable for the full success of their delivery portfolio.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product & PMO Knowledge\nDemonstrate proficient understanding of multiple project methodologies and industry tools \nWork independently to track and act on project KPIs with limited oversight \nPredict upstream and downstream impacts of project variable changes proactively \nSupport other PMs in the organization and actively drive PMO standardization \nProject & Program Delivery\nManage 6+ full SDLC projects of medium-to-complex scale as sole PM \nOversee and direct 2+ full SDLC projects involving other PMs or PCs \nServe in the client-side PM role when required \nGuide client and management teams to fill delivery gaps \nConduct effective project reviews, identify corrective actions, and support implementation \nAssume leadership of troubled projects and bring them back on track \nPeople Leadership & Management\nManage 2-4 direct reports and define career growth and initiative expectations \nSubmit promotion recommendations for direct reports \nSuggest project assignments and support resource transitions \nSet remediation expectations for underperformers and recommend terminations if needed \nIdentify, interview, and recommend talent for hiring \nDevelop high-performing project teams and motivate team members \nLead employee recognition through social channels and recognition programs \nMonitor and proactively manage billable utilization \nSales & Business Development\nSupport sales calls to demonstrate product and industry expertise \nAssist account managers in pricing and account expansion strategies \nOwn relationships with client peers and Oracle PMs \nFinancial Acumen\nDemonstrate deep understanding of how the company generates profit and apply this to project decisions \nIdentify margin growth opportunities with account managers and PMO leadership \nManage T&M, fixed price, or blended projects with minimal oversight \nMaintain accurate revenue forecasts with minimal deviation from actuals \nOwn and deliver projects within approved baselines, budgets, and KPIs \nLeadership & Strategy\nEmbody company core values across all interactions and engagements \nTake full responsibility for internal process improvements and initiative outcomes \nOwn complex or cross-pillar PMO initiatives end to end \nActively build leaders within the organization through project work and internal programs \nFoster a culture of continuous leadership development \nExecute on company vision and strategy through concrete, achievable plans \nMonitor and proactively manage billable utilization across direct and indirect reports \nCustomer Experience\nManage difficult client situations and support less experienced team members in doing the same \nInteract confidently with clients at the project manager level and above \nReceive consistent positive feedback from client peers and leadership \nCollaborate with account managers on account strategy development and execution \nMinimize escalations and proactively engage all project stakeholders \nGlobal Operations\nDemonstrate strong cultural intelligence and effectively manage culturally diverse teams \nReflect a global mindset and hold team accountable for cross-region best practices \nEnsure defined processes for distributed team management are followed \nQUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS\n10+ years of project/program management or directly relevant experience \nPMP certification required \nDASM or equivalent agile certification required \nAdditional PM skills certification required \nManager Training completion required \n2+ Lunch & Learns delivered \n2+ RED Talks delivered \nSOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nIntermediate Proficiency required on the following competencies: \nCommunication \nNegotiation \nStakeholder Management \nConflict Resolution \nAdaptability \nTeam Building \nCritical Thinking \nLeadership \nDecision Making \nEmotional Intelligence \nCollaboration \nPresentation \nExecutive Presence \nPhysical Requirements & ADA Statement\nThis role requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in meetings (virtual and in-person), reviewing complex documentation, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
