with 3–5+ years managing QA Leads and multi‑team QA organizations\n\n- Experience leading 15–40 QA specialists across multiple concurrent products\n\n- Ownership of QA strategy at team level\n\n- Proven QA transformation experience (manual → automation)\n\n- Proven track record of designing E2E testing strategies for multi-provider payment integrations.\n\n- Expertise in ensuring transactional integrity (idempotency, refunds, reconciliation) and testing system resilience during external gateway outages or failures.\n\n- Strong SDLC expertise and ability to embed quality into all phases\n\n- Building measurable quality KPIs and integrating them into SDLC\n\n- Automation strategy leadership including reliability, execution time, CI/CD integration\n\n- Experience designing automation pyramid layers and scaling automation domain‑wide\n\n- Mandatory performance testing implementation at feature level\n\n- Quality governance experience (DoD, DoR, quality gates, standards)\n\n- Strong test planning & risk management for large delivery pipelines\n\n- Release quality ownership and predictable delivery management\n\n- Cross‑functional collaboration with CI/CD, DevOps, IT, Product\n\n- Leadership of QA Leads: mentoring, coaching, competency development\n\n- People management excellence including performance reviews and career paths\n\n- Managing high/low performers with structured action plans\n\n- Hiring & scaling QA teams in fast‑growing environments\n\n- Strong stakeholder communication including C‑level and product leadership\n\n- Quality metrics & continuous improvement expertise (defect leakage, MTTR, stability, coverage)\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Definition of all necessary testing activities on projects to ensure that the projects adhere to all required quality standards;\n\n- Monitor deadlines for global tasks/initiatives of the testing team, coordinate/agree with PMs, Delivery, and Engineering Managers on their execution;\n\n- Control the execution of quarterly goals and policies, maintaining up-to-date information, and providing status on the implementation of policies or quarterly goals;\n\n- Monitor the quality of the implementation of policies and quarterly goals;\n\n- Analysis of the root causes of errors, elimination of root causes, and addressing consequences;\n\n- Full responsibility for delivered artifacts;\n\n- Have a detailed understanding of project architectures at the module level and their interactions;\n\n- Support testing during architecture changes or refactoring (paying attention not only to the functional level but also not forgetting about non-functional requirements);\n\n- Build a testing and development process focused on reducing time to market and increasing the quality of delivered products;\n\n- Development and establishment of the necessary hierarchy within the testing team;\n\n- Assistance in writing testing policies and initiating the writing of such policies based on arising or potential tasks;\n\n- All decisions made should be focused on intensive solutions, not quantitative ones;\n\n- Tracking hiring (according to the workload tracking process) and conducting layoffs;\n\n- Building and implementing a system for tracking project quality;\n\n- Building and implementing a system for tracking team workload;\n\n- Standardize and unify the technical stack and approaches between
