team!\n\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of commercial Android development experience.\n\nStrong expertise in Kotlin and the Android SDK.\n\nExperience as a Team Lead with substantial people management: task breakdown, workload balancing, delivery tracking, unblocking, mentoring, and technical feedback.\n\nExperience running code reviews and setting up efficient, reliable review processes.\n\nStrong understanding of HTTP/API and client-server communication.\n\nMandatory experience in traffic arbitrage with Android and/or iOS applications.\n\nSolid understanding of the development, support, and lifecycle of arbitrage mobile apps.\n\nPractical experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, OneSignal, attribution, deep linking, push notifications, remote config, and other third-party mobile services.\n\nAbility to quickly onboard onto existing codebases and work effectively with unfamiliar code.\n\nFlexibility in finding alternative technical approaches for gray-area application logic, especially when standard solutions are not viable.\n\nHands-on experience using AI Code Agents (Cursor, Codex, etc.) in development, code review, or engineering workflows.\n\nWill be plus:\nCross-platform mobile experience.\n\nUnderstanding of native vs cross-platform approaches, including their trade-offs.\n\nBackend and/or frontend development experience.\n\nFamiliarity with trackers and TDS platforms (Keitaro or similar).\n\nHands-on work with Google Play Console, including publishing, signing, review, and updates.\n\nExperience building or supporting WebView-based applications.\n\nPractical experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD.\n\nExposure to analytics and anti-fraud solutions.\n\nSoft Skills:\nHigh sense of ownership and independence.\n\nExcellent team collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to deliver results without constant top-down control.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTechnical Leadership, Ownership & Support\nOwn the team’s technical execution across a high volume of Android apps. \n\nStay hands-on for complex, unfamiliar, or non-standard tasks, and help developers unblock on hard technical questions.\n\nKeep engineering pragmatic: simple, working solutions that are fast to ship and easy to support.\n\nBring AI into development and review workflows to speed up delivery.\n\nPartner with the Tech Lead on technical decisions and project development, and bring in new approaches and technologies that help the team deliver more with less effort.\n\nPlanning & Delivery Coordination\nOrganize daily work: break down tasks, assign ownership, balance workload, track deadlines, remove blockers, and move apps through development, testing, and release.\n\nStreamline development and code review, including AI workflows, to keep cycle times short.\n\nAlign with Product, QA, and other stakeholders on scope, priorities, and timelines.\n\nPeople Leadership & Development\nLead the existing Android team through 1:1s, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance.\n\nUnderstand each engineer’s strengths and growth areas, and help them become more independent and effective.\n\nCommunication & Reporting\nAct as the coordination point between Android developers and the rest of the team, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and delivery status.\n\nStay aligned with the Tech Lead and the team on the same technical language, and
