team!\nRequirements: \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;\n\n- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including production fullstack delivery;\n\n- 1+ year of experience leading the team; \n\n- Ability to lead delivery: planning, unblocking, technical quality, and communication with stakeholders.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript;\n\n- Experience with back-end frameworks (FastAPI);\n\n- Solid experience with Angular (standalone components, signals, OnPush strategy);\n\n- Expertise in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles;\n\n- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms;\n\n- Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and related concepts;\n\n- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;\n\n- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git;\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;\n\n- Strong understanding of SQL database systems;\n\n- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);\n\n- Testing and quality mindset; understanding Test Pyramid methodology and different Test Categories (pytest, Jasmine/Karma or similar);\n\n- Understanding of Observability (structured logging, metrics, traces, OpenTelemetry) and Reliability (retries, backoff, idempotency);\n\n- Experience with authentication and authorization (OIDC/JWT; Keycloak or similar identity providers);\nWill be a plus: \n\n- Experience with message brokers (e.g., NATS JetStream, Kafka, RabbitMQ);\n\n- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical/OLAP databases;\n\n- Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation.\nResponsibilities: \n\n- Take ownership of team projects, including delivery coordination, technical quality, risks, dependencies, and day-to-day execution;\n\n- Plan and coordinate team work considering priorities, developer availability, vacations, sick leaves, and backup ownership;\n\n- Ensure delivered solutions follow agreed architecture and clarify unclear technical decisions with Architect/stakeholders;\n\n- Be responsible for quality, consistency, maintainability, and production readiness of solutions delivered in code;\n\n- Lead code reviews and improve engineering practices across testing, observability, documentation, reliability, and security;\n\n- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications;\n\n- Design and implement efficient high-load APIs;\n\n- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications;\n\nImplement security measures and data protection in line with industry standards;\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software;\n\n- Support and mentor developers through technical guidance, 1:1 meetings, knowledge sharing, and development planning;\n\n- Identify knowledge gaps, reduce single points of failure, and organize knowledge sharing across team projects;\n\n- Promote practical AI-assisted engineering in the team, including development, testing, documentation, debugging, and review workflows;\n\n- Ensure AI-assisted work improves delivery speed without reducing code quality, security, or maintainability;\n\n- Write technical documentation and maintain system architecture diagrams;\n\n- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry
