of experience as a QA Team Lead\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in QA.\n\nMobile application testing experience.\n\nAbility to independently solve problems, initiate necessary procedures and accompany tasks to completion.\n\nExperience in using testing documentation and understanding its purpose and when it is used.\n\nExperience in conducting interviews.\n\nDesire to expand hard/soft skills (at minimum, with the Responsibilities list).\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nSolid vision on QA strategy for the project and what it should include.\n\nAbility to adapt to changes and adapt QA process to these changes.\n\nClear understanding of when and which type of testing is applied.\n\nUnderstanding of business priorities and needs.\n\nManager's experience: test planning, task delegation, team workload tracking.\n\nUnderstanding that QA is not just testing.\n\nWill be plus\n\nknowledge of Python and experience with Playwright for test automation.\n\nexperience conducting one-on-one meetings and analyzing their results.\n\nunderstanding of how automation testing is built, its architecture, and approaches.\n\nexperience implementing quality metrics for testing.\n\nexperience in GRPC API testing.\nResponsibilities:\n\nFull understanding of the project's architecture and the peculiarities of testing/interacting with each component.\n\nImplementing the company's testing policies on the project.\n\nHiring new employees, providing training and mentoring, creating individual development plans.\n\nFull understanding of the development/testing process and their optimization.\n\nResponsibility for the quality of the delivered artifact to the end consumer, making decisions of deployment to production.\n\nImplementing all necessary testing activities on the project (types of testing, testing approaches etc).\n\nParticipating in the requirements grooming process before their implementation, ensuring that all participants understand them equally.\n\nManaging the testing team regarding workload, task delegation, and task verification.\n\nOrganizing the process of functional coverage and support with automated tests.\n\nCreating all
