This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in virtualization, cloud architecture, and networking, combined with the ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\n Project Leadership: Design and execute high-level projects, including server migrations (Physical to Virtual), Microsoft 365/Azure migrations, and network overhauls.\nTier 3 Escalation: Act as the ultimate technical authority for the support team, resolving high-impact issues related to server crashes, core networking, and security breaches.\nInfrastructure Management: Proactively maintain and optimize client environments using our RMM and PSA toolsets to ensure 99.9% uptime.\n Standardization & Security: Implement and enforce security best practices (MFA, EDR, Backup verification) and technical standards across a diverse client base.\nDocumentation: Maintain impeccable records of client configurations, network diagrams, and procedural \"runbooks\" within our documentation platform.\nStrategic Consulting: Assist account managers in \"Technical Business Reviews\" by identifying hardware lifecycles and recommending technology upgrades that align with client goals.\nTechnical Qualifications\n Experience: 5+ years in a Systems Admin or Engineer role (MSP experience highly preferred).\nCloud: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune) and Azure (VMs, VNETs, Azure AD/Entra ID).\nVirtualization: Deep proficiency with VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V (clustering, SAN management).\n Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
