This person will closely collaborate with Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform. \nPlease note that this role is required to be based out of San Francisco or Los Angeles. \nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.\nProactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.\nLead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners\nOngoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues)\nEducate brands and media agencies, effectively communicate value proposition and best practices\nConsult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, and partner closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans\nCollaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles\nProactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders\nShape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap, for mobile and in general, by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders\nProactively and continually identify areas of improvement\nMentor and train other team members.\nRequired Qualifications: \n8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, Tech client experience preferred\nStrong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem\nComfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.\nUnderstanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners\nTenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges\nExperience cultivating strong relationships with external partners\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment\nHigh attention to detail\nProficiency in Excel preferred\nBA / BS degree or equivalent work experience\nBenefits:\nComprehensive Health benefits\n401k Matching\nWorkspace benefits for your home office\nPersonal & Professional development funds\nFamily Planning Support\nFlexible Vacation (please use them!) & Reddit Global Days Off\n4+ months paid Parental Leave\nPaid Volunteer time off\n#LI-NT1 #LI-onsite\nPay Transparency:\nThis job posting may span more than one career level.\nIn addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
