Reddit is looking for a dynamic leader to scale our Technical Solutions team supporting Signals & Commerce. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, the team owns the technical foundation behind campaign delivery, ads measurement, signal quality, commerce enablement, issue resolution, and product feedback loops. Their work helps advertisers implement and improve Reddit’s performance products while ensuring reliable technical foundations and strong business outcomes.

As Manager, Technical Solutions, you’ll lead the Signals & Commerce team within Technical Solutions. You will be accountable for people leadership and execution across strategic customer engagements, reactive technical support, and product excellence. You will also serve as a hands-on technical leader and trusted subject matter expert in ads signals and measurement-especially Reddit Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI)-setting a strong foundation for implementation quality, troubleshooting, enablement, and scalable team practices.

Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Solutions Managers, providing strategic direction, clear expectations, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth
• Set the operating model for Signals & Commerce across strategic customer engagements, reactive technical support, and product excellence
• Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert in ads signals and measurement and guide the team through complex implementation, integration, and signal-quality scenarios
• Personally engage in the highest-complexity advertiser and partner situations, reviewing technical approaches and helping the team diagnose event delivery, schema, parameter, deduplication, metadata, and signal-health issues
• Oversee technical discovery, architecture discussions, Pixel/CAPI integrations, product testings, and ongoing signal and catalog health reviews
• Lead advanced investigations and issue reproductions, distinguish implementation issues from product defects, and ensure accurate, timely resolution against service-level targets
• Translate recurring customer and technical patterns into clear, evidence-based feedback for Product and Engineering, including reproducible examples, impact assessment, and recommendations for scalable solutions
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other XFN leaders to remove technical obstacles, improve launch readiness, and influence product, documentation, tooling, and GTM strategy
• Build scalable playbooks, training, escalation paths, and quality standards so team members can support foundational needs across Signals and Commerce while SMEs remain multipliers for complex scenarios
• Use customer and operational data to report on implementation success, signal and shopping health, time to technical outcome, SLA attainment, resolution quality, and team efficiency to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in technical solutions, technical support, implementation consulting, ad tech, measurement, or a similar technical customer-facing role
• 3+ years in a people management role leading technical individual contributors
• Deep, hands-on subject matter expertise in ads signals and measurement, with particular depth in Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) implementation, configuration, debugging, and optimization
• Demonstrated experience with event design and mapping, parameter and metadata quality, deduplication, signal health diagnostics, browser/server-side measurement, and resolving discrepancies between systems
• Experience leading or directly contributing to complex advertiser implementations and technical integrations, including CDP partners, asset management / Pixel sharing, Events Manager, app or shopping signals, and related measurement workflows
• Strong technical troubleshooting and data-analysis skills, including the ability to form hypotheses, reproduce issues, interpret logs or diagnostic outputs, assess customer impact, and separate implementation gaps from product behavior or defects
• Proven ability to set technical direction while managing and developing people, including establishing SME ownership, building capability matrices, coaching through complex cases, and scaling knowledge across a team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams
• Experience creating playbooks, enablement, operational processes, or tooling that improve implementation quality, team capacity, and customer outcomes
• Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Looker) and comfort using metrics to manage operational and technical performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex measurement concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• BA / BS degree

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:

$180,200—$252,300 USD
