Our App Dev team partners with Mobile App Developers globally, consulting clients on how to successfully grow their businesses by leveraging the best of Reddit's platform capabilities. This team also partners with our XFN product and tech teams to represent their clients' interests, influencing the future of Reddit ads.\nIn this role, the Senior Client Account Manager will nurture client partnerships by leading campaign strategy, execution, optimizations, and, reporting to drive measurable business outcomes. Our Client Account Managers also play a key role in proactively identifying and pitching upsell opportunities to help advertisers derive the most value from their marketing on Reddit and grow their overall book of business.\nThis role is required to work in person from our New York City office 1-2 days per week.\nResponsibilities:\nClient Partnership Growth\nCollaborate with Client Partners to meet or exceed your clients' marketing goals\nProactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and their agency counterparts to drive year-over-year revenue growth \nBe a trusted partner by advising clients on their full funnel objectives, especially with mobile app marketing, and crafting thoughtful and creative media plans\nOwnership of brand and media agency education, office hours, and performance check in's, effectively communicating Reddit's value proposition, solutions, and best practices for advertising on the platform\nEnd-to-End Campaign Ownership\nLead end-to-end campaign launch execution, supporting clients with setup and delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners\nAct as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalations when necessary\nCollaborate with Ad Ops, Product to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles\nInsights, Reporting & Upselling\nDive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations\nStrategically identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth\nLeadership & Cross Functional Collaboration\nMentor and train other team members\nProactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders\nShape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders\nProactively identify areas of improvement and drive the execution of solutions\nRequired Qualifications:\n7-10 years of experience in advertising sales and account management\nDeep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPs\nStrong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem\nComfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.\nProficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend\nUnderstanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners\nTenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges\nExperience cultivating strong relationships with external partners\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment\nHigh attention to detail\nProficiency in Excel preferred\nBA / BS degree or equivalent work experience\nBenefits:\nComprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs\n401k with Employer Match\nGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support\nFamily Planning Support\nGender-Affirming Care\nMental Health & Coaching Benefits\nFlexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off\nGenerous Paid Parental Leave \nPay Transparency:\nThis job posting may span more than one career level.\nIn addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
