things like remembering names and orders, making great conversation and lifting someone’s day.\nCraft and prepare delicious coffee, drinks and food, with care and consistency.\nKeep your workspace clean, organised, and well-stocked - during service, not just at the end of the day.\nWork flexibly across all areas of the café - from front of house to bar to kitchen - stepping in where needed and always staying engaged.\nFollow food safety and hygiene protocols with care and attention to detail.\nCollaborate with teammates, offer help, and contribute to a positive team environment.\nSupport programme participants and new starters by being approachable, reliable, and inclusive.\nYou Are:\nFriendly, thoughtful, and reliable -
