You’ll be part of the day-to-day life of the team, with the support and room to learn what a first role in software deserves.\nPair with engineers, get your code reviewed (and review theirs), and take part in standups, planning and retros.\nWork on the same things as everyone else, using the same tools, including AI tools like Claude.\nSpend every Friday afternoon (10% of your time) on learning, whether that’s lightning talks, a community of practice or building something of your own.\nLast year’s interns merged code in their first week, shipped a feature customers had been asking for, fixed a customer support issue, ran team standups and retros, gave a talk to the wider company, and learned C# and .NET on the job to build their own project.\n“I didn’t feel like an intern, I really felt like part of the team.”Kris Sananpanichkul, past software intern\nWhat makes you a great fit\nYou don’t need to tick every box.
