Acting as a trusted communications advisor, you will translate business objectives into impactful communications strategies, oversee execution and own day-to-day client relationships.\nWorking closely with colleagues in the UK and RC globally, you will play a key role in developing Redgert’s PR offering, driving commercial growth and ensuring our work continues to set the standard across consumer and corporate communications.\nKey Responsibilities \nClient Leadership & Strategy\nLead a portfolio of key accounts across a range of sectors, taking ownership of strategy, delivery and commercial success\nAct as the senior day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships through proactive counsel and strategic advice\nLead multi-market accounts where relevant, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating activity across teams in other markets\nTranslate client briefs into clear, measurable communications strategies aligned to business objectives \nAnticipate client challenges and communications risks, providing proactive recommendations and solutions\nIdentify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships by proactively recommending new ideas, services and opportunities that deliver value for clients and positive commercial impact for RC\nTake accountability for client satisfaction and performance \nCampaign Delivery\nOversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated PR campaigns, ensuring work is delivered to the highest creative and strategic standard\nDrive ideation and concept development across earned media, thought leadership, events and brand storytelling\nEnsure PR activity is seamlessly integrated into wider multidisciplinary campaigns and client scopes \nMaintain exceptional quality across client deliverables, providing guidance, feedback and quality assurance for other team members as needed\nMedia & Industry Relations\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, creators and key industry stakeholders\nLead proactive media engagement and stay ahead of media trends, industry developments and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for clients and RC globally\nContinue to grow Redgert’s network of media, industry and talent contacts within the UK market \nCommercial & Operational Excellence\nManage large client budgets, forecasting and resource planning across designated accounts\nEnsure reporting is accurate, insightful and delivered to a consistently high standard, both for clients and internal stakeholders\nSupport new business opportunities through proposal development, pitch support and strategic recommendations for prospective clients\nProactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts in collaboration with RC Commercial team\nContribute to the ongoing development of RC’s PR offering, processes and ways of working\nTeam Leadership\nSupport and assist other team members\nAct as a role model within the business, championing collaboration and RC values\nSupport workload planning and resource management as needed across accounts\n Requirements:\n5-7+ years experience in communications preferably within an agency environment\nDemonstrable experience leading complex client accounts across multiple sectors\nProven ability to develop and deliver strategic PR campaigns that achieve measurable business outcomes\nStrong experience managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted communications advisor\nExperience working closely with senior leadership, providing regular updates on client performance, commercial opportunities and account health\nExperience leading multi-market or integrated campaigns is preferable\nExcellent media relationships and a strong understanding of the UK media landscape.
