This individual will coordinate project execution, facilitate Agile delivery, and help an experienced team meet customer priorities within established schedule and budget constraints.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and experience keeping teams and stakeholders aligned. Responsibilities include managing schedules and deliverables, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, resolving impediments, and communicating progress and risks to customer leadership. This is a senior delivery leadership role that does not require hands-on Oracle development or engineering experience.\nResponsibilities\nManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies within established scope and budget.\nFacilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nPartner with customer stakeholders and team leads to prioritize the backlog, clarify requirements, and establish achievable commitments.\nCoordinate planned project work alongside emerging customer requests and day-to-day support priorities.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, and action items; develop mitigation plans and escalate decisions when needed.\nRemove impediments and facilitate collaboration across the team, customer stakeholders, and supporting organizations.\nMonitor team capacity and delivery progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions.\nPrepare status reports and customer briefings covering accomplishments, upcoming work, risks, and decisions needed.\nMaintain project documentation and coordinate change control, deliverable reviews, and customer acceptance.\nCoach teams on practical Agile practices and use delivery metrics and retrospective feedback to improve performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Agile delivery, or a similar role.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional teams.\nExperience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, including experience preparing customer briefings and project status reports.\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.\nAbility to work independently, lead through influence, and drive issues to resolution.\nDesired Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or comparable certification.\nExperience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers.\nExperience coordinating enterprise application or IT support teams.\nFamiliarity with service management, change control, and operational support processes.\nExperience supporting an Oracle program or coordinating with Oracle consulting
