Program Manager as needed to maintain continuity of operations and stakeholder engagement.\nManage daily operations, including strategic resource allocation, project scheduling, and task prioritization.\nOversee the timely completion of all deliverables, ensuring they meet established timelines and quality standards.\nCollaborate with team leads and technical staff to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and resolve operational issues.\nSupport the design, documentation, and implementation of inclusive, enterprise-level operational team structures within the technology space.\nManage internal and external audits utilizing the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) methodology framework.\nConduct and support comprehensive business process reviews to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.\nPrepare and deliver transparent program status reports and executive briefings to diverse stakeholders.\nFacilitate clear and effective communication between the technical teams and external stakeholders.\nRequired Experience/Clearance\nActive TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance.\n5+ years of professional experience in program or project management, specifically within the Intelligence Community (IC).\nOperational Design: Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-level operational team structures in a technology-focused environment.\nAudit & Frameworks: Professional experience managing internal and external audits and applying the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) methodology.\nProcess Improvement: Proven ability to conduct business process reviews and implement operational optimizations.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical or professional discipline.\nDesired Skills\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management credential.\nPrevious experience serving in a deputy or secondary leadership capacity for large-scale IC or DoD programs.\nStrong background in strategic resource management and operational planning.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid program management methodologies.\nExperience overseeing enterprise-level technology operations and cloud-based environments.\nA commitment to
