Most intelligence transformation technologies fail because they are disconnected from how analysts think and act under pressure-this role exists to prevent that.\nWorking in close partnership with graph data scientists and data engineers, you will ensure that our state-of-the-art analytic platform (GraphAware Hume) reflects real-world operational tradecraft. This is not a role focused on producing intelligence products; it is a role focused on building the systems that produce decision advantage. You will translate complex intelligence questions into structured requirements and ensure every line of code results in a user experience that delights analysts and survives contact with reality.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and build investigative analytic workflows directly within GraphAware Hume in partnership with technical teams.\nTranslate real-world intelligence questions into structured graph queries, visualizations, and repeatable analytical playbooks.\nAct as the primary voice of the intelligence user, distinguishing between perceived needs and actual operational requirements.\nValidate system outputs against real-world operational scenarios to identify gaps in data representation or entity resolution.\nDrive platform adoption through hands-on engagement, mentoring, and high-impact training for new and advanced users.\nEnsure technical development remains anchored to mission outcomes, ensuring outputs are explainable and defensible.\nContinuously refine system behavior based on analyst feedback and the evolving mission landscape. \nRequired Experience/Clearance\nActive Top Secret / SCI eligibility is required. \n10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis within the DoD, IC, or federal law enforcement environments.\nDemonstrated experience supporting operational or mission-critical decision-making under time pressure.\nProven ability to translate complex mission problems into structured technical requirements for engineering teams.\nDeep understanding of intelligence tradecraft, analytical reasoning, and multi-source data fusion.\nExperience working within Agile development cycles to deliver incremental mission value. \nWillingness to travel up to 25% to support mission requirements and stakeholder engagements.\nStrong preference for candidates located in or willing to travel to Hawaii, Miami, or Colorado.\nDesired Experience\nDirect experience using or configuring the GraphAware Hume platform.\nExperience working in or alongside graph-based data environments (Neo4j, etc.).\nFamiliarity with data science concepts, including entity resolution and relationship extraction.\nExperience developing and delivering training curricula for intelligence software or platforms.\nBackground in Design Thinking or Lean Startup
