alignment with mission objectives.\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure operational continuity and successful delivery.\nMaintain rigorous compliance with all contract deliverables, federal regulatory requirements, and security standards.\nDesign, document, and implement scalable, enterprise-level operational team structures tailored for technology-driven environments.\nDirect internal and external audits by leveraging the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) methodology framework.\nLead business process reviews to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across program operations.\nSynthesize complex data into regular program status reports and executive briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.\nCoordinate across various functional areas to ensure a unified and efficient approach to program delivery.\nRequired Experience/Clearance\nActive TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance.\nProgram Management: 10+ years of professional program management experience, specifically within the Intelligence Community (IC).\nOrganizational Design: 5+ years of experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-level operational team structures within a technology context.\nAudit & Governance: 5+ years of experience managing internal/external audits, utilizing the RACI framework, and conducting business process reviews.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study.\nCommunication: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-level briefings.\nDesired Skills\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.\nProven experience managing large-scale, complex contracts within the IC or Department of Defense (DoD).\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse, cross-functional teams in high-tempo, mission-driven environments.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid program management methodologies.\nExperience overseeing enterprise IT modernization or cloud migration
