This role is ideal for someone who not only has strong facilities management experience but is also skilled in handling minor repairs without needing to outsource to vendors. The Facilities Manager will ensure that the office operates smoothly, remains compliant with health and safety regulations, and provides a comfortable and secure space for employees.\nOversee the daily maintenance and general upkeep of the facility, including office space, common areas, and equipment.\nPerform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance) to reduce downtime and external costs.\nDevelop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.\nManage vendor relationships for larger maintenance projects, cleaning services, security, and other outsourced services.\nMonitor and control facilities-related budgets and expenses.\nMaintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure timely procurement when needed.\nRespond to facility-related emergencies promptly to minimize operational disruptions.\nWork closely with HR and Operations teams to ensure workspace efficiency and adherence to company policies.\nConduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.\nProvide recommendations for facility improvements and cost-effective solutions.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nProven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role (preferably 3-5 years).\nHands-on ability to perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle facility-related issues efficiently.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nExperience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.\nKnowledge of building systems, fire safety, and security protocols is a plus.\nAbility to work independently and proactively address facility-related concerns.\n9-hour shift (schedule flexibility on weekends).\nWhy Join Redial BPO?\nAt Redial BPO, we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
