In this role, you will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support, helping project leads and creative stakeholders keep projects moving forward.\nYour responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, taking meeting notes, documenting key decisions and following up on action items. You will also track milestones, deadlines, deliverables, risks and dependencies, while keeping project documentation, trackers, status reports and team repositories accurate and up to date.\nYou will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting review cycles, feedback collection, onboarding of vendors and contributors, as well as presentations and status updates.
