Program Manager – Store Tech Uplift

Your New Role 

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Store Tech Uplift initiative for a global fashion and retail organization.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategic technology program that will modernize and standardize core IT infrastructure across stores in multiple markets. Your work will help create the foundation for new and evolving store experiences - making sure technology is ready to support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s ambitions.

You will operate at the intersection of Technology, Business and Retail, bringing together multiple teams, markets and stakeholders to turn strategy into successful execution.

As Program Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for driving the program forward.

You will:

• Own the overall delivery, scope, timeline, budget and reporting.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology and Business.

• Establish and maintain an integrated roadmap together with key store technology initiatives.

• Drive risk, dependency and issue management to keep the program on track.

• Secure funding and contribute to business cases and investment planning.

• Lead rollout planning and execution across different markets.

• Ensure adoption of infrastructure standards, designs and guardrails.

• Provide clear governance updates and progress reporting to sponsors and leadership teams.

• Connect strategic objectives with practical execution, ensuring that teams are aligned and moving towards shared outcomes.

Your success will be reflected in a smooth rollout and strong readiness for future store technology initiatives.

You will help ensure that:

• Required infrastructure capabilities are delivered as planned.

• Rollouts are ready to support upcoming store technology solutions.

• Scope, budget and timelines are effectively managed.

• Risks, dependencies and key decisions are actively addressed.

• Infrastructure standards and guardrails are adopted across markets.

• The organization has a scalable, future-ready technology foundation for its stores.

Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.

Working model: Onsite

Start date: As soon as possible

End date: 2027-02-22, with the possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Solid experience in program or complex project management, preferably within Technology or IT infrastructure.

• Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders.

• Strong skills in roadmap, budget, risk, dependency and governance management.

• Experience driving large-scale rollouts or transformation initiatives.

• The ability to translate business needs into structured technology delivery.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
