Its purpose is to make Engineering and Cloud Operations execution legible, commitments durable, and leadership time scalable-primarily through clarity, technical depth, and strategic influence. As Director, Engineering Operations, you will build and evolve the operating system of the CTO organization while steering the AI transformation of our engineering and cloud infrastructure operations. You will work across Engineering, Cloud Ops, and product partners to create confidence in delivery, surface technical risks early, drive modern AI-enabled engineering workflows, and empower leaders to focus on long-term strategy and architectural outcomes.
