In this global role, you'll participate in the monitoring, operation, and management of a Redis managed service at one of the world’s largest cloud providers. If you have a passion for tackling technical challenges on a global scale, this position is perfect for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and manage production incidents impacting Redis Enterprise clusters in Azure cloud\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, driving root cause analysis and resolution\n\nPartner with R&D and Product teams to resolve bugs, influence product improvements through operational insights, and drive long-term reliability enhancements\n\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation in a global team (follow-the-sun model)\n\nDesign and develop code-driven automation tools, internal platforms, and data workflows leveraging cloud services and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude) to streamline operations, enhance incident analysis, and improve visibility into production systems.\n\nBuild and maintain services to enhance incident management, reporting, and fleet-level insights.\n\nEnhance observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor) by building AI-driven systems for data enrichment, anomaly detection, and automated troubleshooting.\n\nContinuously enhance incident response processes and overall system reliability at scale\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 4+ years in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering\n\nProven experience troubleshooting production systems at scale, including hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nStrong Linux/Unix systems knowledge\n\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Azure Data Explorer) and analyzing telemetry data using KQL.\n\nStrong scripting/programming skills in Python and Bash; experience with C# is a plus\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code generation, improve automation workflows, and enhance operational tooling.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems and CI/CD platforms (Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps)\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for large-scale distributed systems\n\nAbility to design and implement scalable, maintainable automation solutions in a production environment\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Redis or other NoSQL databases\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)\n\nCloud and Linux certifications\n\nExperience with C# and other programming languages.\n\nExperience in regulated environments (e.g., Sovereign Cloud)\n\nAs a global company, we value a culture of curiosity, diversity of thought, and innovation from our employees, customers, and partners.
