# Engineer, Test Equipment

Redlen is seeking a hands-on Engineer, Test Equipment to support the testing and validation of advanced photon-counting X-ray detector products in a high-volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you will maintain and improve production test systems, investigate technical issues, analyze test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable product performance and quality. The role collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering and other functional areas. This role is 100% onsite at our Saanichton production facility and is not eligible for hybrid work. Working conditions include use of PPE in production and cleanroom environments, the ability to stand for periods of time and lift up to 25lbs. Key Responsibilities: Support and troubleshoot production test systems, equipment, and automated test processes. Analyze production test data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for product and test-related issues. Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to support engineering decisions.
