If a career in a scientific environment or electronics assembly is of interest to you, please consider applying, for the right applicants we offer a comprehensive 32-month hands-on training program.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nFollow all workplace EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) protocols\nInterpret and complete work orders in an accurate and efficient manner to meet production goals\nInspect and test products in compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) objectives and SOPs\nConsistently update and maintain accurate Production Process records\nPerform routine set up, calibration and maintenance of equipment\nIdentify and communicate any production issues for continuous improvement\nMonitor use and inventory of process materials/chemicals and supplies to ensure adequate inventory is on hand. \nMaintain plant and work area cleanliness following 5S methodology \n\nQualifications & Experience:\nPrevious experience operating complex production equipment preferred\nAbility to read, understand and follow technical SOPs (Standard Operating Instructions) in English. \nStrong safety orientation\nPrevious experience assembling electronics, semiconductors or similar equipment is preferred.\nHigh school graduation is essential, a related technical college diploma is considered an asset\nFamiliarity with and ability to operate electronic equipment\nComputer literacy is a must\nWe value commitment to safety standards and training, effective communication, good time management, personal responsibility, careful adherence to quality standards and respect for the work environment and team members. \n\nDepartments:\nCZT Operations (crystal growth, furnace operations, wafer & chip cutting)\nStrong observation skills and interest in mechanical systems and instruments.\nCurious with ability to follow defined SOP’s and safety protocols, ability to lift up to 15kg.\nLap & Polish\nStrong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions\nManual dexterity and attention to detail\nClean Room\nStrong attention to detail (including clean room and safety protocols) and manual dexterity for handling delicate components such as dies and sensors.\ncompetence in Basic computer skills and data logging ( to record process parameters, yield data, and equipment performance metrics.)\nTest and Assembly\nComfortable with Basic Computer skill/Documentation skills\nManual dexterity/Line assembly/Mechanical Assembly\nMetrology:\nProficient in operating a variety of tools, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and optical and digital microscopes.\nAttention to detail, demonstrated through accuracy and precision of data reading, documentation and record-keeping, identify trends and inconsistencies, patience and concentration when working with delicate equipment and performing complex measurements.\n\nShifts and Work Requirements:\nDay: 6:00am -
